These terms describe the current storefront and distinguish a direct website purchase from a purchase completed on Etsy.
Store identity and launch status
ThinkieInkies is the brand shown on this independent storefront and the linked Etsy shop. Physical products are prepared by a small family business in Hollywood, Florida. A public legal business name, direct-store support email and complete owner-approved commerce terms remain launch inputs; no legal entity name, street address or contact detail is invented on this site.
Direct checkout should remain disabled until those details and the final shipping, cancellation, return and refund rules are approved. Etsy remains the available checkout path wherever a direct option is not enabled.
Products, prices and availability
Product pages describe the selected format and show current catalog pricing. When verified options have different prices, the page can show a range and the final selected amount is confirmed before payment. Availability, materials, personalization choices and prices may change during a later verified catalog update.
Direct hosted checkout
An enabled direct button opens hosted Stripe or PayPal checkout. The provider collects payment details and, for a physical order, the US delivery address. The site accepts only a server-verified catalog product, one unit, allowed options and the server-calculated amount; changing page or form values does not change the price accepted by the server.
Leaving checkout does not prove that a payment failed. Check the provider receipt and the website status page before trying again. An order should be treated as paid only after the provider reports a completed payment against the matching store order.
Personalization
For a supported personalized item, Stripe Checkout asks for the required text. Review spelling, capitalization and the selected options carefully before paying. Products with photo uploads, unresolved choices or other unverified workflows remain Etsy-only.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
The current operational boundaries are explained on the Shipping & returns page. It deliberately does not invent a handling time or return window while owner approval is outstanding. Terms displayed by Etsy apply to an Etsy checkout and are separate from a direct website order.
Digital items
Current digital items are purchased and delivered through Etsy. No physical item is shipped for a digital listing. Direct digital sales remain disabled until file delivery, license terms and support have been implemented and tested.
Children’s products and learning information
Follow the age, care and safety notes on the relevant product page. Adult preparation and supervision may be required. Learning ideas and journal articles are general educational inspiration, not a promise of a particular developmental, educational or health result.
