Direct website orders

Direct checkout is available only when a product page displays an enabled Stripe or PayPal option. The current physical-order design accepts US delivery addresses and shows the complete shipping charge in hosted checkout before payment. A product without that option can still be purchased through its exact Etsy listing.

Physical products are prepared in Hollywood, Florida. Many are made to order or personalized, so preparation time can vary by product. A single handling-time promise and delivery estimate have not yet been approved for direct-store launch; no date should be assumed from this page.

How direct shipping is prepared

After Stripe verifies a paid physical order, the owner can make a protected, temporary address spreadsheet and upload it manually to Pirate Ship. The owner reviews the recipient, measured parcel and available carrier rate before buying a label. Pirate Ship is not connected through a live storefront API, so rate shopping, label purchase, tracking messages and fulfillment status are not automatic.

Carrier transit begins after the parcel is accepted by the carrier. Do not treat a label-created notice as proof that the carrier has the parcel. Any final estimate or tracking number communicated for an order is more specific than this general page.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Launch input still needed: the owner-approved cancellation, return and refund rules for direct website orders have not been supplied. This preview therefore makes no return-window, cancellation or refund promise. Direct checkout should remain disabled until those rules, including the treatment of personalized and made-to-order goods, are finalized and published here.

For any completed website order, use the independent store’s contact page and include the order ID from the payment receipt. Do not open a second payment for the same item while a charge is being checked.

Etsy orders

Etsy shows the delivery estimate and the seller policy attached to the selected listing and order. Use Etsy’s Help with order flow for an Etsy purchase; these direct-store notes do not replace Etsy’s checkout terms or order record.

Digital products

Current digital products are delivered through Etsy and do not ship as physical goods. They remain outside direct checkout until a real, tested independent file-delivery and support process exists.
